Privacy Policy
The short version
TallyProfit is built so that your sales data stays with you. The dashboard runs entirely in your web browser and does not send your files or numbers to us. We only receive the information needed to sell you the product, and that is handled by our checkout provider, Hotmart.
Your sales data
When you open a workbook or an order export in the TallyProfit Dashboard, the file is read on your own device. It is not uploaded to TallyProfit or any third party, and we don't store it on any server. The workbook is a file you keep on your computer or in your own cloud storage, such as Google Drive, under that provider's terms.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Hotmart. When you buy, Hotmart collects the details needed to complete the purchase, such as your name, email address, billing information and payment details, under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details Hotmart shares with sellers, such as your name, email and purchase information, so we can deliver the product, provide support and handle refunds. We never see your full card details.
Emails you send us
If you email support, we use your message and email address to answer you. We don't sell or rent your information.
This website
This sales page uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta Platforms. It sets cookies and sends Meta information such as the pages you view on this site, when you click a buy button, and technical data like your IP address and browser. We use it to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings and block cookies in your browser. The TallyProfit Dashboard (/app/) does not load the Meta Pixel and your order data never leaves your device.
The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from cdnjs, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you from your purchase, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contatoonlineparavendas@gmail.com. Some purchase records may need to be kept for legal and accounting reasons.
Children
TallyProfit is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
